Before receiving a service at our salon, we want our clients to be well-informed about our booking policies.

  1. Booking and Cancellation:

    • Appointments must be booked through our online platform.

    • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

    • If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly request 24 hours' notice to accommodate other clients. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

    • All deposits are non-refundable.

  2. Consultation:

    • For certain services, such as hair extensions or major color changes, a consultation may be required to assess your hair type, condition, and desired outcome. This ensures that we can provide the best possible results and address any concerns you may have.

  3. Arrival Time:

    • We recommend arriving on time to your scheduled appointment to allow ample time for check-in and consultation, if necessary. A 15 minute grace period is alotted for client and stylist.

    • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid inconveniencing other clients. In such cases, the full service fee will still apply.

  4. Consent:

    • If you are booking a service that involves hair color, such as a dye or bleach, we may require a patch test prior to your appointment. This helps us identify any potential allergies or sensitivities. You may be asked to sign a consent form prior to service.

  5. Payment:

    • We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and digital payment methods.

    • Payment is due at the completion of your service, and gratuities are welcomed.

  6. Satisfaction Guarantee:

    • Our salon strives for client satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

  7. Children and Guests:

    • To maintain a relaxing environment for all our clients, we kindly request that children are not brought to the salon unless they have an appointment.

    • Guests accompanying clients who are not receiving a service may be asked to wait in designated areas, depending on available space.
