Hi, I’m Keara, and this is my story...
After nearly two decades in the beauty industry, I’ve learned that great skills and great products can't build a thriving business alone! Great client experiences do. My career has been sustained by strong client retention, clear communication, and a deep respect for the people who sit in my chair. But what I’ve also seen is that customer service is rarely taught, discussed, or prioritized. There’s little to no training on how to handle people, solve problems, or create trust, yet these skills determine whether a client returns! Or even worst, goes online to express their disappointment to the world. Bad news travels faster than good news these days! Social media rants are the new Google Reviews!
After the passing of my mother, I stepped away from the chair and took a much-needed sabbatical. In that quiet space, I gained clarity and began to see a real gap in our industry. It became clear that many stylists and clients weren’t lacking talent. They were lacking connection! That realization inspired me to create this product as a tool to help heal, strengthen, and elevate the stylist–client relationship. This guide is my contribution to elevating the service experience we all deserve!
