SALON POLICY


To maintain a seamless, elevated salon experience, please review the following before booking:

 

APPOINTMENTS & HOURS

Appointments are available:
Monday – Saturday | 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM

After-hours appointments may be available upon request and are subject to an additional 20% fee of service cost.

My services and environment caters to 13+

SECOND FLOOR

Please be advised, my suite is located on the second floor. No elevator accessibility. 

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

Deposits are not required to book your initial appointment.

However:
• If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, a deposit will be required to book any future appointments
• Deposits are applied toward your service total
• All deposits are non-refundable

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in:
• A required deposit for future bookings
• Possible limitation on booking availability

LATE POLICY

There is a 15-minute grace period.

After 15 minutes:
• Your appointment may need to be rescheduled
• Service adjustments may be made to fit remaining time
• This is at stylist discretion

PRE-APPOINTMENT PREP

To ensure the best results:

• Hair must be detangled prior to appointment
• All previous styles (braids, extensions, etc.) must be taken down
• Please arrive ready for shampoo service

Failure to prep properly may result in:
• Additional fees
• Rescheduling if necessary

NO EXTRA GUESTS

To maintain a calm, professional environment:
• No extra guests or children unless being serviced

PAYMENT METHODS

Accepted forms of payment:
• Cash
• Zelle
• Apple Pay

PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT

We may capture photos and videos for:
• Content creation
• Marketing & promotional use
• Showcasing our work

By booking, you agree to this use.

If you prefer not to be recorded or faceless capturing, please notify us before your service begins.

SERVICE POLICY

 

• All services are non-refundable
• Adjustments must be requested within 24 hours
• Corrections are offered at stylist discretion

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

KMS Glam Studio reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who does not adhere to salon policies.
